Borneo is a giant island in Southeast Asia divided into three countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei. The Sabah state of North Borneo is Malaysian and is known for its diverse wildlife, including the pygmy elephant and orangutans.
Semporna is a town on the island of Borneo, in the Malaysian state of Sabah. It’s the gateway to Tun Sakaran Marine Park, a group of 8 islands with dive sites on the Kapikan and Church reefs.

Orangutans
There are only two countries in the world where you can find Orangutans, Indonesia and Malaysia and can only be found in the parts of Sumatra and Borneo. Orangutan means gardeners or the people of the forest in Malay.

Borneo Big 5 actually stands for the five most iconic wildlife animals in Borneo which are the Pygmy Elephant, the Proboscis Monkey, the Orangutan, the Rhinoceros Hornbill and the Estuarine Crocodile.The Borneo Big 5 can only be found in Borneo and nowhere else in the world.

Snorkeling & Diving in Semporna Islands
Semporna has becoming known for its famous dive sites, white sandy beaches, tropical islands and crystal clear water. Not to mention its collection of underwater marine life and its undisturbed ecosystem.

Day 1: Arrive to Kuala Lumpur and enjoy your night at Chow Kit.
Day 2: You will depart for Kota Kinabalu and enjoy a free day by the pool or the beach.
Day 3 & 4: You will arrive in Danum Valley Boreno Rainforest. While you are in the forest, you will partake on safari game drives to spot the Borneo Big Five.
Day 5: Travel from Danum Valley to Tawasu where we will spend the evening before arriving to Mataking Island.
Day 6-8: Enjoy three days at the breathtaking Mataking Island Restort either snorkeling, diving, swimming, night Bonfires, or turtle conservation.
Day 9: Trip Ending, Depart back home or continue your travel adventure.
