Sri Lanka and Maldives

Sri Lanka is an incredibly diverse but relatively small island nation, Sri Lanka offers magnificent wildlife, world-class cultural attractions and glorious beaches. With no long distances to cover, even a short trip can include a wide range of experiences and activities such as spotting leopards and elephants on safari.

The Maldives has over a thousand iridescent islands glistening amongst the indigo lagoons of the Indian Ocean. Suspended off the southern tip of India, the Maldives is the epitome of pure escapism. Here world-class luxury is set amidst white sands and the turquoise calm belies the burst of color and life of the underwater gardens below. Explore some of the worlds best diving and snorkelling off the many thousands of vivid reefs, and wrecks teeming with vibrant, tropical marine life.

The Places You Will Stay

“I’ve taken three trips with ELEI and will continue to take more in the future. The time spent with elephants is so special and Heather plans out all the details of the trip for you so that you do not have to worry. There is also enough downtime that you’re able to explore on your own if you wish. I highly recommend ELEI for your choice of eco-tourism travel.” - Lindsey Glover
